Return and Refund Policy

Singles and slabs

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the card does not match its photos or description. Cards must come back in the same holder and condition they shipped in.

Grading outcomes

Raw cards are not guaranteed to receive any specific grade. A grade you receive after purchase is not grounds for a return.

Sealed product

Unopened, factory-sealed product can be returned within 14 days. Opened product cannot be returned.

Supplies

Unopened supplies can be returned within 30 days.

Break spots

Break spots follow the cancellation terms in the Break Rules.

How to start a return

Email sales@thecardbreaks.com with your order number and photos. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the item.

eBay purchases

Items bought on eBay follow eBay's return process.
