These terms apply to purchases and use of thecardbreaks.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

All items are one of one unless a quantity is shown. An order is confirmed when payment is complete. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item was listed in error, is damaged before shipping, or sold on another platform before your order was processed.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars. Market values of cards change often. A lower price later is not grounds for a refund.

Listings and photos

Product images show the exact item being sold unless the listing is labeled as a stock image. Raw cards are sold based on their photographs and written condition description.

Items sold on eBay

Items listed on eBay are sold under eBay's terms. Price and availability for those items are controlled by the active eBay listing.

Breaks

Card breaks follow the Break Rules.

Nothing on this site is financial advice. Sealed products and break spots do not guarantee any card, value, or return.
